小剂量盐酸右美托咪定在全身麻醉苏醒拔管期的临床应用效果

摘要
目的研究小剂量盐酸右美托咪定在全身麻醉苏醒拔管期的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年8月～2017年12月收治的90例全身麻醉手术患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(45例)、观察组(45例)。观察组采用小剂量盐酸右美托咪定,对照组采用生理盐水。比较两组的血压、心率变化,苏醒情况。结果两组患者麻醉前、麻醉后10 min、拔管时的血压、心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者拔管时的血压、心率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的苏醒情况相关指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量盐酸右美托咪定在全身麻醉苏醒拔管期具有重要作用,能改善其血压和心率,值得研究。
Objective To study the application effect of low dose Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride in resuscitation and extubation period of general anesthesia. Methods All of 90 patients with general anesthesia and operation treated in our hospital from August 2016 to December 2017 were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group(45 cases) and observation group(45 cases). The observation group was given the low dose Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride while the control group was given normal saline. The change of blood pressure, heart rate and recovery were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate before anesthesia, 10 minutes after anesthesia and at extubation between the two groups(P>0.05). The blood pressure and heart rate at extubation in patients of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference of the related indicators of awakening between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Low dose Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride plays an important role in in resuscitation and extubation period of general anesthesia and can improve the blood pressure and heart rate.It is worthy of study.
