摘要
随着机械设备的系统化、精密化程度不断提升,设备监测在企业生产中的角色越来越重要。如果因设备监测不当,产生设备故障,最终迫使企业无法正常生产,企业经济将会面临重大损失。为提高设备运行可靠性,聚焦设备监测系统,设计了一种基于嵌入式Linux Web服务器的在线监测系统。该系统基于互联网技术,可实现局域网或虚拟私有网络(VPN)网络内的实时远程监控,相比于传统的工业系统,大大提高了监测的便利性。在方案设计方面,该系统依托开源软件技术,例如Linux、shttpd和sqlite等开源软件,通过对开源软件的裁剪、移植及应用实现系统监测功能。最后,为验证该系统的可行性,以齿轮箱为试验对象,将应力波传感器接入该系统进行齿轮箱的实时检测。试验结果表明,该系统可以有效地对齿轮箱轴承进行实时监测。该系统采用大量开源软件技术,对同类系统设计具有一定的借鉴价值。
        As the degree of systemization and precision of mechanical equipment continues to increase,the role of equipment monitoring in enterprise production is becoming more and more important. If the equipment is not properly monitored,resulting in equipment failure,and ultimately forcing the enterprise to fail to produce properly,the enterprise economy will face significant losses. In order to improve the reliability of equipment operation and focus on equipment monitoring system,an online monitoring system based on embedded Linux web server has been designed. The system is based on Internet technology and enables real-time remote monitoring in a LAN or VPN network. Compared to traditional industrial systems,the monitoring convenience is greatly improved. In terms of scheme design,the system relies on open source software technologies,such as Linux,shttpd and sqlite,to implement system monitoring functions by tailoring,transplanting and applying open source software. The test results show that the system can effectively monitor the gearbox bearings in real time. The system uses extensive open source software technologies and has certain reference value for similar system design.
