吸入糖皮质激素联合茶碱与联合长效β_2受体激动剂治疗支气管哮喘的效果对比

摘要
目的:探讨吸入糖皮质激素联合茶碱与联合长效β2受体激动剂治疗支气管哮喘的效果。方法:收治支气管哮喘患者119例,分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用吸入糖皮质激素联合茶碱治疗,观察组采用吸入糖皮质激素联合长效β_2受体激动剂治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:吸入糖皮质激素联合长效β2受体激动剂治疗支气管哮喘具有良好的临床疗效,可以明显改善患者的临床症状。
Objective:To explore the effects of inhaled corticosteroids combined with theophylline and combined with long-actingβ2 receptor agonist in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods:119 patients with bronchial asthma were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with inhaled corticosteroids combined with theophylline,the observation group was treated with inhaled corticosteroids combined with long-acting β_2 receptor agonist,we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effects of inhaled corticosteroids combined with long-acting β2 receptor agonist in the treatment of bronchial asthma was better,it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
