摘要
以钠基膨润土为原料,采用五水合硫酸铜对钠基膨润土进行改性处理,以核黄素溶液为染料模拟废水,在恒温振荡的条件下进行吸附实验,研究了振荡吸附时间、吸附温度、pH值、吸附剂的用量、核黄素的溶度等对吸附效果的影响,通过单因素实验和正交实验获得最佳吸附实验条件。实验结果表明:对于30 mL的模拟废水,在25℃条件下,调节溶液pH=7。当吸附剂用量为0. 08 g、核黄素的溶度为50 mg/L、振荡时间为15 min时,硫酸铜改性膨润土对核黄素溶液的吸附率达到了97. 8%。
The sodium base bentonite was used as the raw material and modified by copper sulfate pentahydrate. The riboflavin solution was used as dye to simulate wastewater,and adsorption experiment was carried out in the condition of constant temperature and oscillation. The effects of the adsorption time of oscillation,the adsorption temperature,pH value,the dosage of adsorbent and the solubility of riboflavin on absorption effect were studied,and the optimal experimental conditions of adsorption were obtained through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The experimental results showed that for 30 mL simulated wastewater,under the condition of 25 ℃,and the solution pH = 7,when the dosage of adsorbent was 0. 08 g,the solubility of riboflavin was 50 mg/L,the oscillation time was 15 min,the adsorption of copper sulfate modified bentonite for riboflavin solution was 97. 8%.
