摘要
在5个不同恒温条件下,观察和测定了斑翅康瘿蚊各虫态的发育历期及温度对该害虫生长发育的影响。结果显示,在18~30℃范围内,其卵、幼虫、蛹、成虫和全世代的发育起点温度分别为2.96、6.82、6.27、3.60和6.07℃,有效积温分别为32.15、80.67、266.85、28.51和406.57日·度。利用线性日·度模型拟合的方法,对温度与斑翅康瘿蚊发育速率的关系进行检验与分析,结果表明,在试验温度范围内,r均大于94%,其拟合相关性显著(P<0.05)。根据海南省文昌市、东方市、乐东县和三亚市的年平均气温及年度总积温等气象资料,预测康瘿蚊在上述4个市(县)的年发生代数分别约为16、16~17、17和17代。
The durations of different growth stages of Contarinia maculipennis Felt(Diptera:Cecidomyiidae)and the effects of temperature on development of the pest were investigated and determined at 5 constant temperatures.The results showed that,in the temperature range from18to30℃,the threshold temperatures of egg,larva,pupa,adult and whole generation of the pest were 2.96,6.82,6.27,3.60 and 6.07 ℃,respectively;and their effective accumulated temperatures were 32.15,80.67,266.85,28.5 and 406.57 degree-day,respectively.The relationship between temperature(T)and the growth rate(V)of C.maculipennis was examined and analyzed by using the method of linear model fitting.The results indicated that r was more than94% and the relation between Vand T was significant(P<0.05)in the tested temperature range.According to meteorological data of annual average temperature and annual total accumulated temperature in Wenchang City,Dongfang City,Ledong County and Sanya City in Hainan Province,16,16-17,17 and 17 generations per year may occur in these regions,respectively.
