摘要
经济新常态下,低成本运营已成为建筑业企业核心竞争力的关键要素。对建筑业企业实施低成本运营战略进行了系统思考,指出低成本理念是经济新常态下的必然选择,低成本竞争是建筑业企业转型升级的必由之路。"大成本"意识下的成本管控创新才能为企业带来增值效应;"全成本"管控执行力是建筑业企业落实低成本运营的核心管理能力;深化成本考核是建筑业企业风险管控的有力抓手;低成本运营是建筑业企业提升核心竞争力的重要战略管理手段。
Under the situation of the new normal economy,low-cost operation has become the key component of the core competitiveness of construction enterprises. This paper comprehensively investigates the implementation of low-cost operation strategies for construction enterprises,and points out that the concept of low-cost is the inevitable choice under the situation of the new normal economy,and low-cost competition is the only way for the transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises. Innovations related to cost control with considerations given to "big cost" can bring value-added effect to the enterprise;the implementation of "whole cost" management and control is the core management ability of the construction enterprise to conduct low-cost operation;deepening cost assessment is an effective approach for the risk management and control of construction enterprises;and as an important strategic management tool,the low-cost operation is a key approach to enhance the core competitiveness of construction enterprises.
