摘要
合理的收益分配是总分包商建立长期伙伴关系、实现合作共赢的关键。在充分考虑各方的努力水平、风险分担、贡献系数等因素的基础上,提出分阶段激励约束机制及满意度另一优化目标,构建多目标收益分配模型。运用多目标优化理论与粒子群算法相结合的方式求解得到项目净收益和整体满意度的最优解集。通过算例分阶段对项目各方进行评价,以激励各方持续努力地工作,结论表明在净收益增大的同时,整体的满意度值将会表现出减小趋势,总承包商和分包商合作团队可根据项目净收益和整体满意度的实际情况选择合适的分配方案,继而促进总分包商的成功合作。
        A reasonable profit distribution mechanism is the key to establishing long-term partnership and achieving win-win cooperation between contractor and the subcontractor. On the basis of fully considering the factors,such as efforts of all parties,risk sharing,and contribution coefficient,the staged incentive and restraint mechanism and another optimization goal of satisfaction are proposed,and a multi-objective income dynamic allocation model is established. The project net income and optimal solution set of overall satisfaction are obtained by combining multi-objective optimization theory with particle swarm optimization. In order to encourage all parties to work continuously,all parties in the project are evaluated in stages through examples. The conclusions show that as the net income increases,the overall satisfaction value decreases. The general contracting and subcontractor cooperation can select the appropriate distribution plan according to the actual situation of the project's net income and overall satisfaction,and then promote the successful cooperation between the two parties.
