摘要
面对多元化的建筑设计行业,在新时代对青年建筑师的培养有了更高的要求。论文从我国大型设计机构对青年建筑师的几种常用的培养模式切入,简述了企业内部培训、企业外派培训以及行业交流培训等企业为青年建筑师培养提供的平台、做法和模式,希望对青年建筑师的培养发展起到一定的助推和借鉴作用。
In the face of the diversified architectural design industry, the training of young architects has a higher requirement in the new era. The article mainly starts from several modes for the training of young architects which the large design enterprises usually use, briefly introduces some patterns and modes such as Enterprise Internal Training, Expatriate Training and Industry exchange training for young architects. The author hopes that it will be helpful and useful for reference for the young architects training.
