基于层次分析法的高校图书馆使用后评估——以华北理工大学新校区图书馆为例

摘要
使用后评估是建筑设计全生命周期中的重要一环,是对建成环境的反馈和对建筑标准的前馈,其核心是注重建筑的功能效果,关注人与建筑之间的关系。而对于高校图书馆建筑,是否兼具学习、交流、组织公共活动等多项功能,能否给使用者带来多样化的空间体验,是否能够供提各种智能化、自动化的便利服务等诸多与使用者密切相关的因素成为了评判该图书馆建筑设计成败的重要依据。本文以华北理工大学图书馆为研究对象,利用层次分析法,尝试建立了高校图书馆使用后评估体系,再通过现场调研和使用者问卷及访谈结果的综合分析,对华北理工大学进行了使用后评估。
Post occupancy evaluation is an important part of architectural design lifecycle.It is the feedback to the built environment and the feedforward to building standards.And the core of POE is to pay attention to the functional effect of buildings and to the relationship between people and buildings.As for University library building,many factors closely related to users are important basises for judging the architectural design's success or failure,such as whether it has multiple functions like learning,communication and organizing public activities,whether it can bring diversified space experience to users,and whether it can provide various intelligent and automatic services.Therefore,the article from the perspective of the users,taking the library of North China University of Science and Technology as the research object,using the analytic hierarchy process to establish an evaluation system of university library after using.Then through the comprehensive analysis of field survey and the results of users' questionnaires and interviews this article the post occupancy evaluation is carried out in order to provide reference for the design and evaluation of other university library buildings.
