湿性敷料治疗小腿静脉性溃疡患者护理分析

摘要
目的探讨湿性敷料治疗小腿静脉性溃疡患者护理方法和护理效果,为小腿静脉性溃疡患者的治疗与护理提供参考。方法方便选取2014年12月—2017年12月于该院接受治疗的小腿静脉性溃疡患者90例,按照治疗方式的不同分为两组,其中对照组45例,采取传统的干性换药方法进行治疗与护理,观察组45例,采取湿性敷料愈合疗法换药联合压力疗法进行治疗与护理,分析治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率93.33%,明显高于对照组治疗总有效率73.33%(χ2=1.058,P<0.05)。观察组患者的平均伤口愈合时间为(8.56±1.87)d,对照组患者的平均伤口愈合时间为(14.28±2.53)d(t=1.285,P<0.05),观察组患者的平均换药次数为(5.27±1.24)次,对照组患者的平均换药次数为(12.05±2.17)次(t=2.489,P<0.05),观察组患者的平均医疗费用为(81.69±19.58)元,对照组患者的平均医疗费用为(128.49±25.20)元(t=2.018,P<0.05),观察组患者的平均伤口愈合时间、平均换药次数和平均医疗费用均明显低于对照组患者。结论在对小腿静脉性溃疡患者进行治疗时,采取湿性敷料愈合疗法换药联合压力疗法进行治疗与护理能够取得更好的治疗效果,患者的伤口愈合时间能够获得明显的缩短,换药次数明显减少,医疗费用能够得到有效降低,治疗有效率显著提升,是一种较为理想的小腿静脉性溃疡治疗方式,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the nursing methods and nursing effects of wet dressings for the treatment of venous leg ulcers, and to provide references for the treatment and nursing of patients with venous leg ulcers. Methods A total of 90 patients with venous leg ulcers treated in the hospital from December 2014 to December 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. 45 patients in the control group were treated with traditional dry dressing methods. Treatment and nursing were performed. 45 patients in the observation group were treated with moist dressing dressing and combined with pressure therapy for treatment and nursing. The treatment effect was analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.33%)(χ2=1.058, P<0.05). The average wound healing time in the observation group was(8.56±1.87)d, and the average wound healing time in the control group was(14.28±2.53)d(t=1.285, P<0.05). The average number of dressings in the observation group was(5.27±1.24) times, the average number of dressings in the control group was(12.05 ±2.17) times(t=2.489, P<0.05), and the average medical cost in the observation group was(81.69±19.58) yuan. The average medical cost was(128.49±25.20) yuan(t=2.018, P<0.05). The average wound healing time, average dressing frequency, and average medical cost of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with venous leg ulcers, the use of wet dressing healing techniques combined with pressure therapy for treatment and care can achieve better therapeutic effect, the patient's wound healing time can be significantly shortened, and the frequency of dressing changes is significant. Reduction, medical costs can be effectively reduced, treatment efficiency is significantly improved, is an ideal treatment for the treatment of leg vein ulcers, with high clinical value.
