摘要
(1)目的观察和探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)左室舒张功能与血尿酸关系。(2)方法入选的126例T2DM患者均行心脏超声检查,依据二尖瓣口舒张早期峰值(E峰)/舒张晚期血流峰值(A峰)(E/A)将入选者分为左室舒张功能正常组(A组)和左室舒张功能减低组(B组);检测两组血尿酸(SUA)、相关生化及心脏超声指标。(3)结果两组病程、SBP、TG、HDL-C、UA、HbA1c、HOMA-IR、E峰、LVMI差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);TG、UA、HbA1c、HOMA-IR、LVMI与2型糖尿病心肌舒张功能减低呈正相关(OR> 1),E峰呈负相关(OR <1)。(4)结论 2型糖尿病左室舒张功能降低患者血尿酸水平升高,升高的血尿酸可使T2DM患心肌舒张功能减低的风险增加。
        Objective To observe and explore the relationship between serum uric acid and left ventricular diastolic function in patients with type 2diabetes.Methods A total of 126 patients with diabetesunderwent echocardiography.According to the early peak diastolic peak diastolic peak(E peak)/late diastolic peak blood flow peak(A peak)(E/A),the candidates were divided into the normal left ventricular diastolic function group(group A)and the left ventricular diastolic function group(B group),and two groups of hematuria acid,related biochemical indexes and echocardiographic indexes were detected.Results There were significant differences in the course of disease,SBP,TG,HDL-C,UA,HbA1 c,HOMA-IR,E peak,and LVMI between the two groups(P <0.05);TG,UA,HbA1 c,HOMA-IR,LVMI were a positive correlation between myocardial diastolic dysfunction in type 2diabetes(OR>1)and negative correlation between E peak(OR <1).Conclusion The level of uric acid in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus with decreased left ventricular diastolic function was elevated,and elevated serum uric acid is associated with an increased risk of myocardial diastolic dysfunction in T2 DM.
