丁苯酞软胶囊联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死疗效的研究

摘要
目的探讨丁苯酞软胶囊联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法选择100例2015年10月~2016年10月住院治疗的急性脑梗死患者进行研究,所有患者随机分组,每组50例。对照组接受常规治疗,研究组在此基础上给予丁苯酞软胶囊联合尤瑞克林治疗。治疗前后进行NIHSS评分,治疗后观察临床疗效。结果 NIHSS评分治疗后两组均显著较治疗前低,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组NIHSS治疗后较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组总有效率比较,研究组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死具有较好的临床疗效,能显著改善神经功能。
Objective To discuss the effect of butylphthalide soft capsules combined with yuri klin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred cases with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,each of 50 cases.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the study group was treated with butylphthalide soft capsules combined with yuri kiln based on conventional therapy.The clinical efficacy and NIHSS scores before and after treatment of two groups were compared. Results After treatment,NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05);After treatment,NIHSS in the study group was lower than that in the control group,which showed significant difference(P < 0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,which showed significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsules combined with yuri klin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction shows good clinical efficacy,and significant improvement of nerve function.
