摘要
高岭土对防止准东煤结渣有一定的效果,但现有研究多是在实验室条件下进行的,与实际锅炉内应用环境差别较大。为研究高岭土在实际锅炉燃烧环境下对准东煤结渣的影响,本文在一台全烧准东煤的锅炉上,利用一根结渣探针伸入炉内模拟锅炉水冷壁,高岭土粉末由空气输送并喷射到探针表面以验证其防结渣效果。现场试验结果表明:高岭土防结渣效果与其自身组分直接相关,若高岭土中本身碱金属质量分数就偏高,则无法缓解准东煤的结渣。
        Existing researches showed that the slagging of Zhundong coal will be prevented to a certain extent by adding kaolin. However, most of the existing studies are conducted under laboratory conditions, the combustion characteristics in the laboratory are very different to the actual boilers. To reveal the anti slagging effect of kaolin on an actual boiler, a field experiment was carried out on a boiler burning Zhundong coal. A slagging probe was put into the furnace to simulate the water wall of the boiler. The pulverized kaolin was transported by the air and jet onto the surface of the slagging probe to verify the effect of anti slagging. The results show that, the anti slagging effect depends on the component of kaolin itself directly. The slagging of Zhundong coal will not be prevented by adding kaolin if the alkali metal content in the kaolin is too high.
