《珍稀中医稿钞本丛刊·新安卷》医著选评

摘要
《珍稀中医稿钞本丛刊·新安卷》是新近出版的一部有关新安医学的大型丛书。该套丛书以新安医家的手稿本及精钞本为主,含括了内、外、妇、儿、医案医话等在内五十五种医著。笔者现择选卷九《新安四家医案》中洪月芬、洪竹潭、洪韵澜三家医案及《文涛兄遗案》、卷五《仙方遗跡》、卷十二《民国婺源医家日记》四部医著,或从学术临床价值,或从文献版本价值,或从史学文化价值等不同角度,试探讨新安医家在家族传承、师承授受、日常行医、医家手迹及地域交流等方面的特色与成就。
A large series of books about Xin'an Medicine, Series of Rare Traditional Chinese Medicine Manuscripts:Xin'an Volumeis recently published. This series of books, are mainly manuscripts and precise copies of Xin'an doctors, including55 kinds of medical works, on internal, external, women, children and medical records. The author now chooses four medical books, including three schools' medical records from HONG Yue-fen, HONG Zhu-tan, HONG Yun-lan, in Volume 9 of Medical Records of Four Xin'an Schools, and Wentao's Remains, and Volume 5 of Xianfang Remains, Volume 12 of Wuyuan Diary of Doctors in the Republic of China. This paper discusses thecharacteristics and achievements of inheritance and acceptance, daily practice of medicine, doctor's handwriting and regional communicationof Xin'an doctors from different angles, such as academic and clinical value, document edition value, historical and cultural value.
