改性聚苯硫醚纤维的染色方法

摘要
针对聚苯硫醚(PPS)纤维回潮率低、穿着舒适性差、染色困难等问题,文中采用改性PPS纤维,探讨了载体种类、保温时间、染色温度、载体用量对改性PPS纤维上染百分率的影响,测试了染色后纤维的拉伸断裂强度、断裂伸长率及染色牢度。结果表明,改性PPS纤维可以改善纤维的上染性;1-甲基萘、苯甲酸苄酯可作为改性PPS纤维的染色载体,可提高改性纤维的上染百分率,染色后不影响纤维的拉伸断裂强度、断裂伸长率,耐水洗色牢度及耐摩擦色牢度均达到了4~5级。
        In view of the problems of low moisture regain, poor wearing comfort and difficult dyeing of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) fiber. In this paper, the effects of carrier type, holding time, dyeing temperature and carrier dosage on the dye uptake of modified PPS fiber were discussed. The tensile fracture strength, elongation at break and color fastness of the dyed fibers were tested. The results show that modified PPS fibers could improve the moisture absorption and dye uptake of the fibers, and 1-methylnaphthalene and benzyl benzoate could be used as dyeing carriers for modified PPS fibers. It can increase the percentage of dye uptake of the modified fiber, and does not affect the tensile fracture strength and elongation at break of the fiber after dyeing. The color fastness,soaping fastness and rubbing color fastness are up to grade 4~5.
