摘要
随着原油开采难度增大,采油助剂的使用种类和数量日益增多,其中含有有机氯的采油助剂的使用导致原油中有机氯含量增加,进而影响炼化生产。检测原油有机氯使用的仪器是"ZWK-2001型微机硫氯分析仪",氯电解池是其核心部件,随着检测时间的延长,大约每2个月报废1个氯电解池。为降低检测成本,延长电解池的使用寿命,贯彻节能减排的理念,研究出了在氯电解池中补加醋酸银的方法,提高了氯电解池的利用率,验证了补加醋酸银后的氯电解池与新购入的电解池对原油有机氯检测结果无影响。
        With the increase of crude oil exploitation difficulty, the kinds and quantities of oil recovery additives are increasing. The use of oilrecovery additives containing organic chlorine leads to the increase of organic chlorine content in crude oil, which affects the refining indus-try. The instrument used to detect organic chlorine in crude oil is "ZWK-2001 Microcomputer Sulphur-chlorine Analyser", and chlorineelectrolytic cell is its core component. With the increase of detection time, about one chlorine electrolytic cell is discarded every two months.In order to reduce the detection cost, prolong the service life of the electrolytic cell and implement the concept of energy saving and emissionreduction, the utilization rate of the chlorine electrolytic cell was improved by adding silver acetate in the chlorine electrolytic cell. Comparedwith the newly purchased electrolytic cell, it was verified that the chlorine electrolytic cell after adding silver acetate had no effect on the de-tectionresultsoforganicchlorineincrudeoil.
