高职护生C型人格与应对方式的相关性研究

摘要
目的:探讨高职护理相关专业学生(护生)C型人格特征与应对方式相关性,不同应对方式护生C型人格特征情况。方法:采用基本情况调查表、C型人格问卷和简易应对方式量表,对629名护生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果:不同专业护生C型人格中焦虑、抑郁、愤怒、愤怒外向、理智、乐观和社会支持等因子分别与常模比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同性别护生在焦虑、抑郁、愤怒内向、理智、自我控制和乐观等方面比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。应对方式中护生消极应对得分与常模比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同性别护生应对方式无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同应对方式护生在C型人格中焦虑、抑郁、愤怒、理智、自我控制、乐观和社会支持比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。相关分析发现,积极应付方式与理智、自我控制、乐观和社会支持成显著正相关(P<0.01),与焦虑、抑郁、愤怒成显著负相关(P<0.01)。消极应对方式与焦虑、抑郁、愤怒成显著的正相关(P<0.01),与自我控制有显著的负相关(P<0.01)。结论:受测护生人格特征突出,对待事物常采取积极的应对策略。拥有积极应对方式的护生在理智、自我控制、乐观和社会支持方面有良好的应对策略,而消极应对方式的护生则有明显的C型人格行为。
        Objective: To explore the correlation between the type-C personality characteristics and coping styles of nursing students in higher vocational colleges and the type-C personality characteristics of nursing students with different coping styles. Methods: 629 nursing students were investigated with basic situation questionnaire,type c personality questionnaire and simple coping style questionnaire,and the data were analyzed statistically. Results: Anxiety,depression,anger,anger extroversion,reason,optimism,social support and other factors in type-C personality of nursing students from different specialties were statistically significant compared with the norm( P < 0. 01); Nursing students of different genders had statistical significance in anxiety,depression,anger introversion,reason,self-control and optimism( P < 0. 05). The scores of negative coping styles of nursing students were statistically significant compared with the norm( P <0. 01). There was no statistical significance in coping styles of nursing students of different genders( P >0. 05). The anxiety,depression,anger,reason,self-control,optimism and social support of nursing students with different coping styles were statistically significant in type C personality(P < 0. 01). Correlation analysis found that positive coping style was significantly and positively correlated with reason,self-control,optimism and social support(P < 0. 01),and negatively correlated with anxiety,depression and anger( P <0. 01). Negative coping style was positively correlated with anxiety,depression and anger( P < 0. 01) and negatively correlated with self-control(P < 0. 01). Conclusion: The personality of the students under test is obvious,and they often adopt active coping strategies to deal with things. Nursing students with positive coping styles have good coping strategies in terms of reason,self-control,optimism and social support,while nursing students with negative coping styles have obvious type-C personality behaviors.
