甘草属植物中异戊烯基黄酮类成分及其药理活性研究进展

摘要
异戊烯基黄酮类化合物是天然产物中一类极其重要的化合物,黄酮的异戊烯基化使其脂溶性和对生物膜的亲和力增加,肠道吸收能力增加继而提高生物利用度。通过查阅1968至2018年的文献,发现甘草属植物中的至少有105个黄酮类化合物具有异戊烯基取代,并在7种常见基本黄酮母核的A、B环均有分布。药理研究表明其具有抗炎、抗微生物、抗肿瘤等药理作用,其中尤以抗微生物活性更为显著。课题组对甘草属中的异戊烯基黄酮类化合物的结构特征及其生物活性进行总结,以期为相关中草药的临床研究和药物开发提供参考。
