医患沟通技能在临床医学生中的重要意义

摘要
在生物医学模式逐渐转换为生物-心理-社会医学模式这种新的医疗服务形式下,医患关系越来越紧张。各种伤医、打医、医疗暴力事件等频繁发生。追根溯源,重要因素之一是医患间缺乏有效的沟通,导致医患互不信任。而医患沟通是日常医疗服务工作中必不可缺的重要环节。医学生是未来的医务工作者,加强医学生在医疗工作中的沟通技巧,提高沟通能力,有利于改善医患关系,促进和谐医患关系。本文从医疗环境与医患关系的发展趋势与现状、医疗纠纷产生的原因及医患沟通的目的和存在的问题入手,充分阐述了医患沟通对于临床医学生的重要意义以及如何提高医学生的沟通能力。
In the bio-psycho-social medical new mode of medical service, the relationship between doctors and patients is growing more terribly. All kinds of medical injuries, medical violence occurred frequently. Tracing origins, the most important factor resulting in this situation is lack of effective communication between patients and doctors, that would make doctor-patient distrust each other. However, the doctor-patient communication is essential important link in daily medical service work. Medical students are the future of medical workers, in this background, strengthening the medical students' communication skill, improving their communication ability are beneficial to improve the doctor-patient relationship, promote construction of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. The article describes the present situation and the development trend of medical environment and doctor-patient relationship, the causes of medical disputes, the purpose of doctor-patient communication and the existing problems, fully elaborated the significance of doctor-patient communication for clinical medical students and how to improve medical students' communication ability
