合理情绪行为疗法对灾害护理培训的启示

摘要
介绍基于ABC理论的合理情绪行为疗法(REBT),重点剖析REBT在情绪调控方面的研究,阐明灾害救援培训中应用REBT对护士进行情绪调控的思考和启示,旨在为REBT的应用推广及对护士有效进行灾害救援培训提供参考。
This article introduced the rational emotive behavior therapy(REBT)based on ABC theory,and focuses on the research of REBT in emotional regulation.At the same time,the thinking and enlightenment were clarified in order to provide reference for the application and promotion of REBT and disaster nursing training in nurses.
