摘要
我公司生产的船用碳锰钢锻件存在近表面密集性缺陷,部分因超声检测不合格导致报废。通过采取提高过热度等措施,大幅地提高了船用锻件的超声检测合格率。
Subsurface close defects existed in marine carbon manganese steel forgings produced by our company,some products were failed for ultrasonic detection. By applying measures of increasing overheating degree,pass percentage of ultrasonic detection for marine forgings have been improved evidently.
