摘要
为解决渤海曹妃甸11-6油田油气混输腐蚀海管更换期间主力采油平台须被迫停产的问题,基于油田设施情况、施工特点及资源情况,通过方案对比选择,提出了"移动式试采平台处理储存+穿梭油轮转运"的海管更换期间油田临时生产工程方案。本文主要论证了该方案的可行性,并对试采平台就位、栈桥连接、试采平台与采油平台的工艺系统对接、供电与仪控、穿梭油轮系泊等工程主要实施方案进行了论述,最终圆满解决了油田海管更换期间海上采油平台被迫停产的难题。曹妃甸11-6油田临时生产工程方案的成功实践,对渤海海域浅水油田很多临近设计服役的海管更换工程及试采平台的多功能扩展等类似工程具有重要借鉴意义。
        For the main oil production platform of the CFD11-6oilfield has to be shut-down during the replacement of corroded oil and gas mixed transportation subsea pipelines,the temporary production engineering program of"processing and storage with mobile pilot production platform+shuttle tanker transportation"was proposed for the replacement of subsea pipelines through program comparison and selection,while considering facility conditions,operation characteristics and resource conditions of this oilfield.This paper mainly demonstrated the feasibility of the program,discussed main implementation schemes of pilot production platform positioning,trestle connection,process system docking of pilot production platform and oil production platform,power supply and instrument control,shuttle tanker mooring,etc.,and finally solved the problem successfully.The successful implementation of this temporary production engineering program in CFD 11-6oilfield has important reference significance for many similar projects in the shallow water oilfields of the Bohai sea that approach to design service life,such as the subsea pipelines replacement and the multi-functional expansion of pilot production platform.
