盐酸沙格雷酯治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的疗效研究

摘要
目的探讨盐酸沙格雷酯治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎(TAO)的疗效。方法收集甘肃省人民医院血管外科2010年1月至2016年12月期间收治的TAO患者117例,根据用药不同分为对照组与研究组。记录治疗后的两组患者静息痛、冷感、跛行距离、踝肱指数(ABI)有效缓解率及治疗前后肝肾功能治疗指标。结果治疗后,研究组冷感、静息痛和跛行距离有效缓解率均高于对照组;同组间,治疗前后肝肾功能比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者肝肾功能组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸沙格雷酯是一种安全有效的治疗TAO药物,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the efficacy of salgrel hydrochloride in the treatment of thromboangitis obliterans(TAO).Method 117 patients with TAO admitted to the Department of Vascular Surgery of Gansu People's Hospital from January2010 to December 2016 were divided into control group and study group according to different medication. The resting pain, cold sensation, claudication distance, effective remission rate of ankle brachial index(ABI) and indexes of liver and kidney function before and after treatment were recorded in the two groups. Result After treatment, the effective remission rates of cold sensation, resting pain and claudication distance in the study group were higher than those in the control group;there was significant difference in liver and kidney function before and after treatment between the same group.(P<0.05); after treatment, there was no significant difference in liver and kidney function between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Sarpogrelate hydrochloride is a safe and effective drug for TAO, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
