摘要
白细胞介素17(Interleukin 17, IL-17)是免疫反应的中枢蛋白,既是免疫反应关键的炎性细胞因子,也是调控细胞凋亡的关键细胞因子。本文从白介素17生物学功能及相关疾病来阐明其在动物体内发挥的作用,为IL-17的研究提供简明扼要的参考资料。
