大型LNG全容罐抗飞行物冲击分析验算

摘要
LNG全容罐遭受外来飞行物冲击分析是大型LNG预应力混凝土全容罐外罐设计考虑的重点和难点。将冲击动力学和LUSAS有限元软件数值模拟分析相结合,通过规范公式验证方法,分析计算了20×10~4m~3LNG预应力混凝土全容罐罐顶遭受外来飞行物冲击所造成的局部效应,验证罐顶的安全性及可靠性,并为类似全容罐安全性及可靠性的分析计算提供依据。
        The analysis of the impact of external objects on LNG full tanks is an important and difficult problem in the design of large prestressed LNG concrete full tanks. This paper combines the impact dynamics with LUSAS finite element numerical simulation analysis and calculates through standard formula the local effect caused by foreign object on the top of 20×10~4 m~3 LNG pre-stressed concrete tank,to verify the safety & reliability of the roof and provide basis for the reliability analysis and calculation of similar tank roof safety.
