摘要

加强校友文化育人建设对高校思想政治教育工作具有重要意义。校友群体有利于充实高校思想政治教育队伍,校友文化有利于丰富思想政治教育内容和优化思想政治教育环境。基于校友文化融入高校思想政治教育过程中存在的问题,应搭建校友联系平台,加强校友文化内涵建设,建设校友文化新媒体,将校友文化的实践优势、亲和优势与思想政治教育理论课的理论优势、说理优势相结合,解决传统思想政治教育形式单一、实践性不强的问题,构建思想政治教育新途径和时代感强烈的新内容。
        Strengthening the construction of alumni culture is of great significance for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Alumni group is conducive to enriching the ideological and political education team. Its culture can help to enrich the content of ideological and political education and optimize the education environment. Based on the problems in the process of integrating alumni culture into ideological and political education in colleges and universities, we should build a platform for alumni contact, strengthen the connotation construction of alumni culture, construct new media of alumni culture, combine the practical and affiliating advantages of alumni culture with the theoretical and reasoning advantages of ideological and political education theory course to solve the traditional problems and construct a new way for ideological and political education.
