摘要

目的采取层级管理模式的方法在呼吸内科进行管理,并对管理效果加以分析。方法 2018年5月以前,采取常规管理模式进行管理,2018年6月—2018年11月,采取层级管理模式进行管理,相应的分为常规管理模式组和层级管理模式组两组。从护士工作能力和理论知识水平两方面,对管理效果进行评价。结果层级管理模式组护士工作能力自评得分和理论知识水平自评得分均高于常规管理模式组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科采取层级管理模式,提高了管理效果。
        Objective To adopt the hierarchical management mode in the respiratory medicine,and analyze its effect. Methods The general management mode was adopted before May 2018,while the hierarchical management mode was adopted from June 2018 to November 2018,and it was correspondingly divided into the general management mode group and the hierarchical management mode group.The management effect was evaluated by nurses' working ability and theoretical knowledge level. Results The self-assessment scores of working ability and theoretical knowledge level of nurses in the hierarchical management model group were higher than those in the conventional management model group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The hierarchical management mode could improve the management effect in the respiratory medicine.
