摘要
某厂动力锅炉省煤器投运1年就出现高温段省煤器管壁厚出现快速减薄现象,结合现场检验调研情况并对腐蚀管样进行理化分析,结果表明,省煤器管减薄为内壁氧腐蚀所致,而省煤器沸腾度过高加剧了省煤器管的腐蚀速率。
        The thickness of economizer tube in high temperature section of a power boiler has been thinning rapidly since it was put into operation for one year. In view of field inspection and investigation, the physical and chemical analysis of corroded tube samples is carried out. The results show that the thinning of economizer tubes is caused by oxygen corrosion on the inner wall, and the high boiling rate of economizer intensifies the corrosion rate of economizer tubes.
