改革开放40年来中国高等教育质量观的时代内涵

改革开放40年来,我国高等教育经历了精英化时代、大众化时代及后大众化时代,高等教育质量观的内涵显示出强烈的时代特点。精英化时代,高等教育规模有限,以学术本位高等教育价值观为主,产生了功能性质量观。大众化时代,高等教育迅速扩张,以社会本位高等教育价值观为主,形成品质性质量观。后大众化时代,高等教育的发展规模渐趋平稳,以个体本位为主的高等教育价值观逐渐形成,品味性质量观逐步构建。
The Chinese higher education has experienced the era of elitism,popularization and post-popularization in the past forty-year reform and opening up. The connotation of the concept of higher education quality shows strong characteristics of the times. In the era of elitism,the scale of higher education is limited,and is mainly based on the academic-based higher education values,resulting in the concept of functional quality. In the era of popularization,higher education expanded rapidly,and the values of society-based higher education dominated,forming the quality view. In the post-popularization era,the scale of development of higher education is gradually stabilized,so the values of higher education based on individual standards gradually formed and the concept of taste quality was gradually constructed.
