摘要
运用主成分回归分析方法,以出口厚偏差表征厚度波动,研究了20辊森吉米尔轧机轧制工艺参数对厚度波动的影响。结果表明,在所选的11个自变量中,对厚度波动影响最大的变量为轧制入口厚偏差,该变量与轧制稳定性相关;影响次之的为材料塑性系数,该变量与材料本身性质相关;影响最小的为轧制力,该变量在轧制过程中可实时精确控制。
The influence of 20~(th) Sendzimir Mill on the thickness fluctuation is studied by the principal component regression analysis method.The thickness fluctuation is expressed by the exit thickness deviation.The results indicate that in the 11 variables,the greatest influence on the thickness fluctuation is the entry thickness deviation,which relates to the stability of the rolling.The second one is coefficient of the material,which relates to the nature of material.The last one is rolling force which can be accurately controlled during the rolling process.
