摘要

通过对现有DF7B型机车高压柜布线板缺陷分析,提出了预布线改进方案,并现场实施验证改进方案。在塑料油布上绘制新的布线板,新的布线板上增加了机车线路磁力组合装置,以标准化形式在车间实施。
        Based on the defect analysis of the wiring board of the existing DF7 B locomotive high-voltage cabinet, a pre-wiring improvement scheme is put forward, and the improvement scheme is verified on the spot. A new wiring board was drawn on the plastic tarpaulin, and the locomotive line magnetic combination device was added to the new wiring board, which was implemented in a standardized form in the workshop.
