摘要
提出了一种适用于反激式开关电源的测试方法,通过电应力检测的方法对开关电源内部各类型元器件的工作电压和电流波形进行测试,从而确保器件选用的合理性,提升产品在开发设计前期的可靠性,减少产品在后道测试阶段所暴露的问题。
A test method suitable for the flyback switching power supply is proposed. And in the proposed method, the working voltage and current waveforms of various components within the switching power supply are tested by the method of electrical stress detection, so as to ensure the rationality of the selection of components, improve the reliability of the products in the early stage of development and design, and reduce the problems of products exposed in the later testing stage.
