摘要
VoLTE语音接通时延是衡量LTE网络性能和客户使用感知的KPI之一。基于Vo LTE呼叫信令流程,从理论上研究了影响Vo LTE呼叫时延的要素,在现网中不断进行优化,调整影响寻呼时延的参数,得出了Vo LTE呼叫时延的优化方法。对无线侧UE不活动定时器及寻呼参数、EPC侧MME的寻呼策略和IMS侧被叫寻呼参数联合优化,并在现网优化工程中实践。通过参数优化前后各性能的对比,呼叫时延关键指标降低了40.89%,减少了LTE网络信令资源消耗,减轻了网络负荷,提升了VoLTE语音业务质量和客户感知满意度。
VoLTE voice connection delay is one of the KPI key parameters that measure LTE Network performance and customer perception. Based on call signaling process of VoLTE, the factors affecting the VoLTE connection delay are theoretically explored. The parameters in the existing network are optimized continuously and the parameters affecting the paging delay adjusted, and the optimization method of VoLTE connection delay thus obtained. The UE inactivity timer and paging parameters, the paging policy of the MME, and the paging parameters of the IMS are jointly optimized, and are practiced in the existing network optimization project. The comparison of performance before and after parameter optimization indicates that the key parameters of connection delay are reduced by 40.89%, thus decreasing the signaling resource consumption of LTE network, reducing the network load, and improving the VoLTE voice service quality and customer perception satisfaction.
