论新时代高校全面从严治党的新特点和新要求

摘要
党的十九大报告对十八大以来全面从严治党的卓著成效做出了高度的评价,并认为反腐败斗争压倒性态势已经形成并巩固发展。党中央把全面从严治党确定为新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的一项基本方略,报告中强调,新时代党的建设工作必须要有新气象新作为,并对党建工作提出了总要求,明确了全面从严治党纵深推进的着力点,同时也指明了马克思主义执政党的政治属性和党的建设的大思路、大方略、大格局。笔者结合高校基层党建工作的实际情况,主要阐述了新时代高校全面从严治党的新特点和新要求,这对于提高高校党建工作的科学化水平,促进高等教育事业的持续健康发展具有十分重要的意义。
The19 th CPC National Congress report of the Chinese Communist Party has made a remarkable evaluation for strictly governing the party since the 18 th National Congress of the Party started to do.The report put forward the new requirements of strictly governing the party in the new era, and pointed out that the overwhelming situation of the struggle against corruption has been formed, consolidated and developed. The comprehensive and strict administration of the Party is not only written into the basic strategy of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, but also the final chapter of the report. The report stresses that the party building in the new era should be of new weather and new achievements, puts forward the general requirements for party building for the first time,and clarifies the key points for comprehensively and strictly managing the party in depth. Thus, it points out the political attribute of Marxist ruling party and the general idea of party building. Combining with the actual situation of the Party building work in colleges and universities, the author mainly expounds the new characteristics and new requirements of the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party in colleges and universities in the new era, which will improve the scientific level of the Party building work in colleges and universities. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the development of higher education.
