摘要
目的研究中毒死亡现场中的硫化氢来源。方法本文针对一例氨基磺酸使用中的意外中毒死亡事故,概述了氨基磺酸的物理化学性质,测定了生物样品中的氨基磺酸和硫化氢。结果死亡者心血中硫离子浓度为3.5μg/mL,提出了硫化氢的中毒来源,即氨基磺酸在硫酸盐还原菌作用下生成硫化氢,以及与硫化亚铁作用生成硫化氢而导致中毒。结论提示氨基磺酸作为除垢剂具有潜在安全隐患。本文对于判定和预防硫化氢中毒具有实际意义。
Objective To study the source of hydrogen sulfide in the scene of poisoning death.Methods In this paper,the physical and chemical properties of sulfamic acid were summarized,and the sulfamic acid and hydrogen sulfide in biological samples were determined for a case of accidental poisoning death caused by the use of sulfamic acid.Results The blood concentration of hydrogen sulfide was 3.5 μg/mL.Sulfamic acid generated hydrogen sulfide under the action of sulfate-reducing bacteria.At the same time,sulfamic acid and ferrous sulfide reacted to form hydrogen sulfide.Conclusion Sulfamic acid has potential safety problems as detergent.This article has practical implications for the determination and prevention of hydrogen sulfide poisoning.
