摘要
辐射旁效应作为近现代临床肿瘤放疗中的不良反应,目前中医药对其缺乏明确、规范的认识,研究认为辐射损伤属于中医学"毒邪致病"的范畴,但因其有不同于传统毒邪的独特致病特点,笔者将辐射旁效应损伤的中医病因命名为辐射毒。辐射毒邪致病猛烈,耗伤机体气血阴津,且具有传舍性。文章深入认识辐射毒的传舍性,探讨辐射毒的概念、致病特点,为更好地应用中医药对其进行防护奠定理论基础。
        Radiation induced bystander effect is the toxic and adverse effects of tumor radiotherapy in clinic in modern times. At present, traditional Chinese medicine has no clear and normative understanding of it. This study suggested that radiation injury was a disease induced by poisonous pathogenic factors in Chinese medicine. Because of its unique pathogenic character different from traditional poisonous pathogenic factors, its Chinese medicine pathogenesis is named poisonous pathogenic factor of radiation. The poisonous pathogenic factor of radiation is a violent pathogenic factor. It can damage qi and blood of the body and it has the transfer property. Understanding the transmission of radiation poison deeply, and discussion on the concept and pathogenicity of radiation toxicity, which lay a theoretical foundation for better application of Chinese medicine to protect them.
