摘要

《备急千金要方》中有关药物加工炮制的内容丰富,全面反映了当时药物炮制加工的技术进步以及药剂学的发展与成就。其关于"熬法"的载述尤为丰富,结合其原文中有关内容进行分析,归纳"熬法"大致分为以色泽论、以气味论、以色味论、以热度论、以声音论、以形状论、以燥湿论、以干焦论等。
        There are rich contents about the processing of drugs in Important Formulas Worth a Thousand Gold Pieces for Emergency, which comprehensively reflect the technological progress of the processing of drugs and the development and achievements of pharmacy at that time.Its description of "boiling method" is particularly abundant. This paper analyses the content of the original text and concludes that "boiling method" can be roughly divided into color theory, odor theory, color-flavor theory, heat theory, sound theory, shape theory, dryness-dampness theory and dryness-burning theory.
