摘要
使用自给能中子探测器在线监测单晶硅受照热中子注量时,需要对其测量信号(电流值)进行刻度。由于探测器无法布置在硅体上,导致其信号刻度的影响因素较多且复杂。为保证刻度的准确性,本文对影响自给能中子探测器和单晶硅位置的热中子注量率分布及中子能谱的因素进行了简要梳理和分析,并提出了一些刻度试验策略。
When the self-powered neutron detector is used to on-line monitor the thermal neutron flux irradiated on single crystalline silicon, the measurement signal( current value) is needed to be calibrated. Since the detector cannot be installed on silicon ingot, the influence factors of signal calibration are numerous and complicated. In order to ensure the accuracy of calibration, the factors influenced on the distribution of thermal neutron flux and neutron spectrum were briefly organized and analyzed in this paper. In addition, some strategies of calibration test were given.
