“全民健身”理念下高校体育应用型教学团队建设与实践研究——以健美操教学团队为例

摘要
通过文献资料法、访谈法和逻辑分析法,对高校体育应用型教学团队建设理论和实践操作进行了分析。本研究以商洛学院构建的"健美操"应用型教学团队为例,坚持以"全民健身"为导向,突出教学团队"应用型"特点,培养学生锻炼习惯,树立终身体育的思想。在运作机制上,从"教学-训练-社团"三位一体体育教学模式的基础上,该团队通过十几年的教学打磨,转变教学观念,提出了"学校—社区"一体化体育教学模式,在这几年的实践中取得了良好的效果。
The physical education and research department of Shangluo University builds the applied teaching team of "aerobics", adhering to the orientation of "national fitness", to highlight the characteristics of the applied teaching team, cultivate students' exercise habits and establish the idea of lifelong sports. In terms of operating mechanism, based on the original "teaching-training-club" sports teaching model, the team changes its teaching concept through more than 10 years of teaching and puts forward the "school-community" integrated sports teaching model. In the past few years, good results have been achieved.
