应重视先心病患儿手术后中远期随访的问题

<正>目前先天性心脏病(以下简称"先心病")居我国人口出生缺陷的首位,也是致死率最高的出生缺陷,每年新增病例约15~20万例,绝大多数患者需要手术治疗。随着诊断技术的发展、外科手术技术的提高、麻醉和监护水平的进步、以及体外循环与心肌保护技术的日益成熟,我国先心病手术治疗水平无论从数量还是质量上都得到了明显提高。据
