摘要
目的探讨上海市某三甲医院急诊科运用指标体系设计结合看板管理减少抢救室患者滞留的具体实施方法与成效。方法 2017年5月起,在急诊科采用新的抢救室患者分流评价指标和可视化看板管理,对新管理方案实施前后(2017年4—12月)患者的平均滞留时间和疑难危重率进行比较。结果实施指标体系结合看板管理方案后,抢救室患者的平均滞留时间降低24.51%,收治患者的疑难危重率由84.42%提升至94.84%。结论分流评价指标和可视化看板使抢救室患者的分流效率提升,有效减少患者滞留,提高急诊科救治疑难危重患者的能力。
Objective To explore the specific implementation method and effectiveness of the evaluation indicator system and Kanban management on reducing the block of patients in the emergency room in a comprehensive hospital in Shanghai. Methods Beginning in May 2017, the new evaluation index and Kanban management mode were adopted in the emergency department.Changes of the average stay time and the risk of patients before and after the implementation(April-December,2017) were compared.Results After implementing new evaluation indicators and Kanban management, the average stay time in the emergency room was reduced by 24.51%, and the risk rate of patients admitted was increased from 83.28 % to 94.84%.Conclusion Kanban management is effective in improving the diversion efficiency, reducing average stay time and improving the ability of the emergency department to treat critically ill patients.
