摘要
天然免疫系统的激活和炎性反应是缺血再灌注损伤的重要特征,其在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的重要作用日益受到关注。缺血预处理和缺血后处理是缺血心肌有效的内源性保护现象,具有显著的抗缺血再灌注损伤作用。现就天然免疫系统在心肌缺血再灌注及其保护作用的研究进展予以综述。
