摘要
本文报道了一例小熊猫化脓性食管炎的病例。剖检观察死亡小熊猫各组织器官的眼观变化,并采取心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胰腺、食道、胃和小肠固定于4%多聚甲醛溶液,石蜡包埋切片后观察病理组织学变化。结果显示:该小熊猫的食道黏膜上皮细胞溶解性坏死,大量中性粒细胞和脓细胞浸润,消化道的各肠段和肝脏、呼吸系统的肺脏、免疫系统的脾脏、泌尿系统的肾脏均有炎性病变,以中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞、浆细胞和淋巴细胞浸润为特征。病理学诊断为化脓性食道炎继发的败血症。
        A case of pyogenic esophagitis in a red panda(Ailurus fulgens) is reported in the present work. After the gross changes of organs and tissues were observed, the heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, pancreas, esophagus, stomach and small intestine of the dead were sampled and immediately fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde solution. Pathological changes were observed from paraffin-embedded sections. The results showed that the esophageal mucosal epithelial cells of the red panda were liquefaction necrosis, and a large number of neutrophils and pyocytes were infiltrated. Inflammatory lesions were found in all intestinal segments of digestive tract, liver, lung of respiratory system, spleen of immune system and kidney of urinary system, which were characterized by infiltration with neutrophils, macrophages, plasma cells and lymphocytes. Pathological diagnosis reflected that this victim suffered from suppurative esophagitis secondary from septicemia.
