性激素六项检查在女性不孕症诊断中的临床意义

摘要
目的:分析性激素六项检查在女性不孕症诊断中的临床意义。方法:纳入笔者所在医院2015年7月-2016年9月收治的39例不孕症患者和同期来笔者所在医院接受健康体检的41例已婚已育健康女性作为研究对象,将不孕症患者设为试验组,将健康体检女性设为对照组,采集两组研究对象月经周期第3天时的清晨空腹静脉血进行性激素六项检查,并对检测结果进行对比分析。结果:试验组患者促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、催乳素(PRL)的水平均高于对照组健康女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);雌二醇(E_2)、孕酮(P)的水平均低于对照组健康女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不孕症患者的性激六项表达水平会发生明显变化,临床可将性激素六项检查结果用于辅助诊断女性不孕症。
Objective:To analyze the clinical significance of sex hormone six tests in the diagnosis of female infertility.Method:39 infertility patients admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to September 2016,and 41 healthy married women who had come to hospital for medical examination in the same period were selected as study subjects.39 infertility patients were as the test group,41 healthy women were selected as the control group,and six sex hormones were collected in the early morning of the menstrual cycle on the third day of menstrual cycle,and the results were compared and analyzed.Result:The levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T) and prolactin(PRL) in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);estradiol(E_2),progesterone(P) levels were lower than healthy women in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are significant changes in sexual six expression levels of infertility patients,and the results of sex hormone six test can be used to diagnose female infertility clinically.
