吞入磁铁物自行排出一例

摘要
患儿因不小心吃入一分硬币大小的磁铁物来儿童医院就诊,当日胸片示食道贲门交界水平环形密度影。临床诊断为:消化道异物,异物为单一磁铁物,外壁光滑,建议患儿自行排出异物,结果5天后复查胸腹片如下所示:胸腹片未见明显圆形异常异物。考虑到异物活动已经过食道第三狭窄,未对主动脉弓有压迫;异物未压迫气管支气管,未出现呼吸困难;异物光滑,经胃进入肠道后引进肠梗阻或其他并发症可能性很小;磁铁物为单一磁铁,无夹住粘膜可能;为无腐蚀性磁铁物,所以综上建议患儿自行排出,结果患儿顺利排出单一磁铁异物。
The patient came to the children's hospital because he accidentally ate a penny-sized magnet. On that day, the chest X-ray showed a horizontal circular density shadow at the junction of esophagus and cardia. Clinical diagnosis is: alimentary tract foreign body, foreign body is a single magnet, smooth external wall, it is recommended that children discharge foreign body by themselves, results 5 days after the review of chest and abdominal X-ray as follows: no obvious abnormal round foreign body chest and abdominal X-ray. Considering that the activity of foreign bodies has passed the third narrow esophagus without compressing the aortic arch, the foreign bodies have not compressed the trachea and bronchus, and there is no difficulty in breathing, the foreign bodies are smooth, and the possibility of introducing intestinal obstruction or other complications after entering the intestinal tract through the stomach is very small; the magnet is a single magnet, which has no possibility of clamping the mucosa; and the non-corrosive magnet. Therefore, it is recommended that the children discharge themselves, and the children will successfully discharge a single magnet foreign body.
