探析不同手术方法治疗子宫肌瘤对患者卵巢功能和性功能的影响

摘要
目的分析不同手术方法治疗子宫肌瘤对患者卵巢功能和性功能的影响。方法选取本院于2017年6月至2018年6月本院收治的58例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,根据不同的手术方法分组,对照组(n=29)采取全子宫切除保留附件治疗法,观察组(n=29)采取子宫肌瘤剔除术。对比两组患者的卵巢功能、性功能的改善情况。结果术后1年,观察组患者的雌二醇水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);术后6个月、术后1年的促卵泡激素水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的性功能改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对子宫肌瘤患者行子宫肌瘤剔除术,可显著改善患者的卵巢功能、性功能,对患者内分泌的影响较小,临床疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effects of different surgical methods on ovarian function and sexual function in patients with uterine fibroids. Methods Fifty-eight patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as subjects. According to different surgical methods, the control group(n=29) underwent total hysterectomy and attachment therapy. The observation group(n =29) underwent uterine fibroids removal. The improvement of ovarian function and sexual function in the two groups was compared. Results At 1 year after operation, the level of estradiol in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The follicle stimulating hormone level at 6 months and 1 year after surgery was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The improvement of sexual function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Uterine fibroids removal in patients with uterine fibroids can significantly improve the patient's ovarian function and sexual function, has less impact on the patient's endocrine, and has a significant clinical effect, which is worth promoting.
