跟骨关节内骨折内固定手术后并发症的预防及治疗分析

摘要
目的分析跟骨关节内骨折患者内固定手术后并发症的预防及治疗。方法 64例跟骨关节内骨折患者分为两组各32例,甲组行切开复位+Y型钢板内固定治疗,乙组行L型切口治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果,分析并发症预防以及治疗措施。结果甲组的手术优良率为90.63%,显著高于乙组的68.75%(P <0.05)。治疗后,甲组的VAS评分显著低于乙组(P <0.05)。甲组的术后并发症发生率为6.25%,显著低于乙组的25.00%(P <0.05)。结论跟骨关节内骨折患者行内固定手术治疗后极易出现并发症,临床应积极采取相关措施预防与治疗并发症,以减轻患者痛苦,促进快速康复。
Objective To analyze the prevention and treatment of complications after internal fixation of intra-articular calcaneal fracture patients. Methods 64 cases of patients with intra-articular calcaneal fracture were divided into two groups, with 32 cases in each group. Group A was treated with open reduction + Y-shaped plate internal fixation, while group B was treated with L-shaped incision. The curative effects of two groups were compared, and the measures for prevention and treatment of complications were analyzed. Results The excellent and good rate of surgery in group A was 90.63%, significantly higher than 68.75% in group B(P <0.05). After treatment, the VAS score in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in group A was 6.25%,significantly lower than 25.00% in group B(P <0.05). Conclusions Complications are easy to occur after internal fixation in patients with intra-articular calcaneal fracture. Clinical measures should be taken to prevent and treat complications, so as to alleviate the suffering of patients and promote rapid recovery.
