摘要
大学生背离课堂现象已引起国内外教育工作者的高度重视,探索有效的应对措施是当前高校急需解决的问题之一。本文在参考调研数据的基础上,结合实际工作经验,系统探讨了"旋涡效应"原理用于应对学生背离课堂现象的实施及需要注意的问题。教学规律研究及多年的实践结果均证明,"旋涡效应"原理的应用,在预防学生背离课堂、提升授课效果及人才培养质量等方面不仅操作上可行,而且成效显著。该工作思路及方法值得同行参考和借鉴。
It is urgent to find effective countermeasures to guide students return to classroom. Based on survey data and practical work, the principle, the implementation and the key issues of "vortex effect" to prevent and deal with the phenomenon of students' deviation from classroom are introduced in detail in this paper. It shows that, not only the application of this principle in teaching and educating students is practical and feasible, but also the effect of guiding students return to the classroom is remarkable. The ideas and methods are looking forward to having reference for the peers.
