摘要

财务控制作为高校内部控制的重要组成部分,对于保障高校资金安全具有重要作用。以部分高校为样本,采用问卷调查法、实地访谈法、描述性统计分析法,分析高校重要经济活动领域财务控制的现状和薄弱环节。通过优化高校财务控制环境,加强财务控制体系、财务监督体系、财务控制队伍建设,可以改善高校财务控制,增强制度保障能力。
        As an important part of the internal control of colleges and universities,fiscal control plays an important role in guaranteeing the security of funds in colleges and universities. Taking some colleges and universities as samples,questionnaire survey,field interview and descriptive statistical analysis were used to analyze the current situation and weak links of fiscal control in important areas of economic activities in colleges and universities. By optimizing the fiscal control environment of colleges and universities,strengthening the fiscal control system,fiscal supervision system and fiscal control team construction,we can improve the fiscal control of colleges and universities and enhance the ability of system guarantee.
