摘要

执业药师是保障药品安全使用的专业人员,我国自1995年制定颁布《执业中药师资格制度暂行规定》以来,在执业药师的制度方面得到了极大的完善,执业药师的管理得到了极大的发展。但是对比发达国家,我国执业药师制度仍存在问题。本文将简要叙述我国执业药师制度,并对比美国、日本、英国的执业药师制度,分析总结概括我国执业药师制度所面临的主要问题。
        A licensed pharmacist is a professional who guarantees the safe use of drugs. Since the enactment of the "Interim Provisions on the Qualification System for Licensed Chinese Pharmacists" in 1995, China has been greatly improved in the system of licensed pharmacists, and the management of licensed pharmacists has been greatly improved. However, compared with developed countries, there are still problems in the licensed pharmacist system in China. This paper will briefly explains the licensed pharmacist system in China, compares it with those in the United States, Japan, and the United Kingdom, and analyzes and summarizes the main problems faced by the licensed pharmacist system in China.
